Your website is broken. I have tried to update my expired credit card with new billing info many times now and only get an error. I have tried on three different phones and two computers and still get an error. I have tried multiple credit cards and paypal and still get an error. So, rather than opening support tickets for all your customers, contact your own IT people and get them to fix the billing issue on the website. This issue has been ignored for far too long now going back over a year for some people.
