I have switched carriers and opted to keep my phone number from here, and have given the new carrier (AT&T) the port out info. It's been a couple of weeks since ordering the new sim card with that information, and I am just now trying to set up my new sim card. My service didn't seem to be working so I called them and they said the number transfer hadn't happened yet and to get in contact here to get more info. So is the few business days starting from now since it's now that I'm setting up the card and in a few days everything should be good, or is there some kind of hold up on your end? I read about having to cancel my current account here when it's ported, but I don't want to do that before I'm sure that it's been ported. Thanks for the help
