Hi I need assistance please. I received an email stating that due to 'high use activity' my account was suspended. I looked on my account and saw no suspension, no over usage and no warnings. Everything looks fine.
I need help re-activating my account as my iphone 5S doesn't work with the freedompop sim data portion.
I logged into my freedompop account online on the phone and my laptop - I don't see any issues.
I deleted and re-installed the apn settings.
I switched sim cards as I have more than one.
I turned the phone on and off.
