SIM device was removed from my account for no reasonCompleted
I had two SIM devices in my account, but now the first one was disappear. I didn't receive any notice about it. This SIM is active monthly. I don't understand why the SIM was removed from my account. I even have funds on it. I tried to "submit a request", it says immediately "solved", and priority low. Can someone here help me? Thanks.
