number has been removed from account
CompletedMy phone number that I've had for years is no longer associated with my account. Is there a way to find out what happened? I'd like to get correct the situation so I can get my number back. Please let me know how this can be corrected. Thank you.

Yeah, we have 3 SIM cards and 2 of them are missing from the account and only one is working. I tried submitting two tickects about it and the moment I submit them it says "This request is closed for comments. You can create a follow-up." The ticket is automatically closed and the issue remains unsolved. What gives? Why did the SIMs dissapear and why can't I submit a ticket that doesn't get automatically closed without actually being resolved? We had credit on the SIM cards missing form the account. Please fix this so we can start using them again. Thanks.
