My SIM stopped working over the weekend, and when I attempt to activate the SIM again via the activation website, the following error appears:
"This is a porting only SIM and must be activated through an account. Please login to your preferred account and follow instructions to activate."
I went to the page that it references and it shows a number transfer page. The problem with the instructions is that this is a FreedomPop SIM and not one from another carrier.
When I login to the account that the SIM was originally registered to, it says I don't have service. I had service up until last Friday.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
