I bought a 12-mo GSM LTE SIM kit directly from freedompop.com. Phone (Galaxy S7) is GSM unlocked. Phone shows signal. Added fp.com.attz APN. No data connection. Messaging app stuck on "FreedomPop Setup - Locating user for device" and displays "General Error - Oops, there was an error trying to communicate with the server. Please try again later." Same result with full Wifi connectivity.
MyFreedomPop app shows error "Your FreedomPop service is inactive". FreedomPop website displays "You have not signed up for FreedomPop service yet".
NOTE: I used to have service on this account in the past and cancelled it. I purchased the new SIM on this account.
Tried to open a support ticket (#33232) but it was closed immediately.
