    Hi, So today I got email from you that you were updating your systems and my account associated with the email address XXXXXXXX@gmail.com was canceled in error. Then I was trying re-activating it and I lost my old number. Then I was automatically charged $89.94 ($14.99/month plan) without any notice ahead after I paid $0.01 for re-activating it. This is frustrating. Please return the $89.94 and deactivate my account. Or it would be better if you could help me switch back into my old plan "Free plan with 250MB/month" which now can not be found in the Available Plans. Thank you.
