I have been using this FreedomPop SIM in a variety of phones without issue for two years. Recently, it suddenly stopped working, and the FreedomPop App popped up and said the SIM card needed to be activated. I logged into my FreedomPop account online to see if I could figure it out there, but was greeted with the same message,
"You have not signed up for FreedomPop service yet. Already have a device? Activate here."
Clearly, I HAD signed up for FreedomPop service--I'd been using it for 2 years on that SIM!!!... It seems FreedomPop suddenly forgot I existed and just switched my SIM off. My hunch is it's a simple reset on FreedomPop's side, but since they no longer provide even *email* support (wtf?!?!), I'm left with no way to contact them to ask them to reset my account! I'm finding nothing helpful in the forums yet, and am just praying someone out there sees this post and has some experience with this issue. Any help? Thank you, kindly.
