Cannot remove Global Plus 300 under My Plans and ServiceCompleted
I deactivated the Global Plus 300 under My Plans and Service and it says "Your account has been successfully downgraded." However I still see that plan active. How do I remove it?

We have carefully checked the account associated with your Community profile. Our records indicate you successfully deactivated the Global Plus 300 plan, from the line XXX-XXX-8898, on 06-06-2020. The deactivation will take effect once your billing cycle renews on 06-23-2020.
