My account was caceled without me ever asking!
CompletedMy account with freedompop was just canceled a few days ago. Without as much as an email from you guys!
I want my account restored! If that's not possible I want to at least get back the money I added to the account as pre-paid minutes (that was required of me to be able to switch to a free plan)
I tried to file a ticket through the help center but it was auto resolved -.- what kind of customer service is this!
Ps. Before my account disappeared It was suspended for lack of activity, due to Covid-19 I am stuck at home and not using my phone much. But I just re-activated it like week or two ago and everything was fine until just now -.- , I can't use my phone, I cant see my plan, I cant see money I gave you, or a way to get it back.
Please help me!
