I made request 4 days ago, and no response from FreedomPop. I assume it is because the system is marking the ticket as "SOLVED" immediately after submitting.
This ticket is in reference to ***-***-0703.
On 9-10-2019, I activated my FreedomPop SIM card.
Plan was PREPAID for 1 year, 1 GB data/month
Service Start Date: 9/10/19
It appears my number has been deactivated. Why is that? This was ONE YEAR PREPAID service. Please advise.
