I just created ticket 35737 but it was imeadiately closed? Why? What's the point if being able ot submit a question/request if it's imediately closed? Anyway, that support ticket said:
I logged into my account today only to be told I didn't have a phone number and I was not signed up for service. I originally signed up on Oct 2018. I was billed 49.42 on 2/24/19. I was again billed the same ammount on 8/24/19 and again on 2/24/20. So I believe I was paying for 6mo service in advance? But now it's inactive? I do not believe I have received any e-mails or other notifications in terms of a change of service. I was expecting to have service through 8/24/2020. Please let me know what is going on. The phone number was XXX-XXX-2608.
