Incompatible phone

Dear FreedomPop,
I ordered a sim card and downloaded the software and neither the sim card or the software worked on my phone.
My online account with you didn't connect to my phone and the phone plan that I wanted and ordered didn't show up on the website only the phone number that you gave me showed up. So I contacted support to close my account and they didn't do it. I can still log in but I can not manually close my account.
I want my account closed, I do not need it. Can this be done by your company?
