When I opened my FreedomPop app a few days ago, a notice popped up telling me I needed to pick a new phone number before I could continue. I chose a new number but now I'm unable to make calls - I get a message that says No SIM or SIM error. Why did I have to change my number and why am I unable to make calls? Please help me get my service working again. (Either phone number will be fine.)
