Since I sent a support ticket but FreedomPop close it WITHOUT any comment, I post to here.
I use the Basic200 plan, and I was able to use my sim card on my iPad last month.
However, I tried to use my sim card today, it did not work at all.
I tried everything I can do, reinstall freedom pop profile, turn off/on the mobile data, restart the device, but I have no luck.
But my plan is still active.
That's why I sent a support ticket, BUT support closed the ticket (again!)
