I have been trying to port out my FreedomPop number to Visible for the past 3 weeks. I have provided the port out details to Visible and have also updated the PIN multiple times hoping that would help resolve the issue, but regardless Visible keeps getting a Rejection message when requesting to transfer my number, and is telling me that my number is currently locked to FreedomPop.
I have communicated with FreedomPop via chat multiple times (6 times) about porting out my number and I am constantly given the same generic message with my port out details, which Visible is using but not having any luck.
I need someone to assist me with this issue.
