Hi, I am trying to port my line to another carrier, and looked up the information needed for the port out process. The new carrier has contacted us and noted that it shows a duplicate request for a port to another carrier. We have not consulted or requested port to another carrier. They report that this is common with FreedomPop. They cannot complete the port process until some unnamed third carrier drops their request. How could our number be ported somewhere else without our knowledge? Please help.
