I've been messaging and calling Freedompop for two weeks. I filed two support tickets. I only got a canned auto reply after a week or more. Now it's been two weeks with no help. I've been using FP for about 3-4 years.
I've tried reinstating the app 3 times. Tried syncing several times. Cleared cache. Tried clearing data, that did nothing but wipe my messaging and calling history and photos. I've not tried reinstalling the sim.
Also my native dialpad does not popup when I receive a call the past several months. I have to open it in the notification panel.
I've been through my phone setting over and over. It seems I've tried everything in settings. Nothing helps.
I have a Galaxy S9 plus. The phone itself has always worked flawlessly. I've had problems that keep occurring with my calling and texting with Freedompop. Somethimes they reset my account and that corrects the problems.
What do I do if I can not get help? I need my phone to function. Do I just switch to another service?
