I have a FreedomPop unite hotspot that runs on the ATT GSM network the last time I needed to use it was early December 2019. I have the account on auto pay and have checked that the 6/28/20 bill was paid. I have rebooted the devise multiple times. I have called the ATT 800 number listed on the devise menu and they they are unable to trouble shoot since I do not have the account directly with them. I needed it earlier today do to an outage on by xfinity network and can not get a connection. Please assist me.
