Bought a sim card and activated it on my account. I receive Alert: Account suspended due to billing issue. Click here to update your credit card or change payment method. I update the card and received a temporary charge twice, which even though temporary should not occur. The charge went through, so the card is fine, but the account is still suspended. I created a request ticket but it was automatically closed. Please activate my account, it's silly that I have to go through all this to get it working.
