1-year prepaid Sim Card not working after some inactivity

Hi, the 1-year prepaid sim card is not working after some inactivity. I have reactivated my account online, re-installed FreedomPop app, put in APN again, and it's still not working.
I previously had another FP sim card linked to this email account of XXXXXXXXXX@gmail.com, and it was 500MB per month I believe. Then I linked my current pre-paid sim card to this email, which worked for several months before my inactivity.
Is it possible to reset & link this sim card to a new email so that I don't have issues?
