Problem: FreedomPop Audio connecting .....
CompletedI'm using an iphone 7, and I have the 1 GB prepaid 1 year plan plus premium services. The FreedomPop app used to work very well for me for a long time. However, starting from three months ago, my phone would not ring when someone called me. I believe that was the app's problem because many people reported the similar experience. Three days ago, I was glad that FreedomPop released an update. After installing the updated version (Ver 7.6 #278-64), my phone starts ringing if I use another phone to call myself. However, after I accept the call, the Freedompop app shows "FreedomPop Audio connecting .....", and it could not connect to the audio, and the call went to my mailbox.
By the way, my mailbox can playback the voice mail message now. Before it couldn't. This is an improvement!
Please continue to work on the app and fix the "FreedomPop Audio connecting ....." problem so that I can receive and pick up phone calls. In my iphone settings, I have given all the permissions to the FreedomPop app, including Microphone. If anyone have similar problem or know how to solve this through some iphone settings, please let me know.
