Can I use my Freedom Pop Sim card outside of US in any country to make or receive calls and taxts, as long as my phone is connected to a Wifi Network, and I have the Freedom pop SIM in the phone? Are there any restrictions and can I use any of the available plans including the BASIC free plan?
