1. I have 3 Freedompop SIMs but only two accounts are now
listed on my account page. One account (and its $10
top-up credit) has disappeared.
I need Freedompop to restore my missing account and the
associated $10 credit.
2. Also, one of my SIMs no longer provides an internet
connection. I tried both of my data only LTE SIMS in an
unlocked hotspot. One SIM connects to ATT LTE and
provides internet access. The other SIM connects with a
weak ATT H+ signal and has "no internet access:. Since
the device can read both SIMs and establish an ATT
connection, both SIMs must be functional but one of the
accounts must no longer be provisioned correctly for ATT
LTE data service.
I need Freedompop to restore ATT data service to that
