I am a new customer on a free monthly plan. I was running out of data usage last month(first month as a new FreedomPop customer) without adding extra credits. This month the new 200MB data is reloaded again but my account is showing the following message when login "Your FreedomPop service is inactive due to an unforeseen technical issue. Please click here to contact customer service. Code: 302". The knowledge article on your web site mentioned that "you can simply wait until your billing cycle renews and you get a new allotment of data". Please help to reactivate my account ASAP so that I can use it immediately (today's date is 7/24/2020).
