Can't get WiFi calling to work

The place I live has very poor phone signal, so I wanted to use the WiFi calling feature. Can't get it to work though. I just get this message when I try: Mobile network is unavailable, connect to a wireless network to make a call. I am at home and connected to my WiFi already.
