I put in a request to transfer my old number to Freedompop. It took 2 weeks before I was notified that my account with my previous carrier was closed and I received a message from Freedompop that the transfer was complete. I logged into the Freedompop calling app and it states that a phone number is missing and that I should choose a new number. I put in a support request asking how I can start using my old number again. It has been 2 more weeks and still no response from Freedompop. I have bills to pay and I can no longer access my bank account as I cannot receive 2-factor authentication messages from my bank. Please, Freedompop, I urgently require your assistance!
