Hello, I purchased a 1 year Freedompop 1GB prepaid card around 10/24/2019, and was assigned a phone number. Right now, there is no data connection and the messaging app (android) requires me to order a phone number, but the ordering process fails (see attachment). I didn't use the service much so maybe my sim card was deactivated automatically? How can I use the remainder of my ~3 months of prepaid service?
