Today I apparently went over my data limit with the free plan, though my phone data says I'm 40mb under, and because of that it took another 20 out of my bank account. This happened a while back as well (About 5 months ago) when I went over slightly too, because of that I figured I still had that 20 in my account balance. However, apparently that was not case as, again, it charged me another 20. I looked at my account and apparently, the balance expires? I did not know that was the case and seems kind of dumb to me. I would like to get the 20 dollars back from the recent charge (as of today 7/29/2020) as I technically did have 20 in there which should have covered the slight amount that I went over. I did not know the balance expired every month and because of this, I was charged an extra 20 when I really shouldn't in my opinion.
