I am hopeful that someone can advise. It appears as though my LTE SIM has been completely disabled due to inactivity. When I used to check it online I would simply click a pop-up box and the account would reactivate. Now I don't get that option. I see that the account has 0 talk/text/data and this message is showing at the top: "Alert: Your FreedomPop service is inactive. Check your plan subscription and billing information."
