account was suspebded. I had to re-enter credit card details. Phone and mobile data stopped working. I entered new credit card details which was accepted, but phone and mobile data still not working. I don't have the FP app installed because you told me not to, so I never know how much data and minutes used and remaining. Service does not work properly for me and is very unstable. If I can't get it working, will have to change providers. P ease advise.
