I have sent a personal request to FreedomPop in regards of porting out my number to Xfinity Mobile. Xfinity Mobile has provided me with a request and response number. The same port out information that I can search into my account has been used and there was a failure to request. I have resubmitted the new information that was sent to me by FreedomPop and there was a failed port out request as well. I have asked a Support Agent through the chat to see if the management team was able to provide me with a request and response number, but they have none. I have attempted to port out my phone number several times over a week and I really need to port out my phone number ASAP. FreedomPop, can you please help me out and accept my port out information?
