I just checked my FreedomPop account today and 1 of my SIM cards says:
"Alert: Account suspended due to billing issue. Click here to update your credit card or change payment method."
I went through the steps to re-add my PayPal but received another error after doing so:
"Failure: There was a problem updating your payment type to PayPal. Press 'Close; and try again."
I was charged $0.01 to my PayPal, however. I've tried this 3 times and it failed all 3 times, but still charged me $0.01.
My SIM with this issue doesn't seem to be getting data. Please help!
