I am having issues getting mobile data on my device (iPhone SE - 1st Generation). Calls and SMS work fine. I can only get network access when I connect via WiFi. I've tried installing both the US LTE and Global profiles and neither appears to work.
There was a period of time where my device was dormant for a period of a few months. As a result, FreedomPop required me to change my phone number. Before all of this, the functionality worked perfectly fine without issue so I'm guessing this is what caused it.
I've tried everything from uninstalling the application and whatever I could find in the forums. I created a ticket but it auto-closed and the doesn't seem to be any phone support. Could I get some help on next steps here?
