I had 2 new sim cards on my account (4G LTE AT&T service) on my account, one for me, one for my daughter and she came one day complaining the SIM card does not work anymore (no service).
I checked my account online and her sim card was gone from my account. I had paid for that sim card and you have also charged me $20 Top-Up Credit Balance at activation that was not used and now those money are gone too with the sim card.
When I try to submit a request it goes directly and immediately to "Solved", of course without being actually solved. First, please correct the "Solved" request bug; I think it is in your interest when there is a problem I don't have to write it in the forum where everybody can read about it
Secondly, please investigate the SIM card disappearance and let me know what happened, send another SIM card and reinstate or refund the unused $20 Top-Up Credit Balance that was on that SIM card that disappeared.
