My iPhone was on Airplane mode for a few months (due to Covid-19 stayed at home) and now when I turned on the Cellular service, I cannot access my FreedomPop number anymore. Searched the Community and found the solution was to reboot the iPhone, which I did, but now am asked to get a new phone number. When I try to do so, I get an Error Code 409 and to contact firstname.lastname@example.org, which then said to contact customer service, which finally pointed me to this Community Support site. So please help. Thanks!
