On 8-6 I obtained a new number & new service. Got it set up and working. On Aug 11 porting was complete on my number. Started trouble ticket #43188 because I now have NO SERVICE. My ported number does now show up on my account. When I try to open the app on my phone, it wants to give me a new number. My ported number is off in never never land. I have not had an opportunity to vent over this poor beginning with Freedom Pop. If things do not change, I will be looking for a new service provider, and enlightening others about my FP experience, which up to now is -1 on a scale of 1 to 10.
