    Thanks for reaching out to us! We'll be glad to assist you with your current concern.

    It is our understanding you have been unable to set up your phone as a personal hotspot (tethering). We have carefully checked the account associated with your Community profile. Our records indicate there's a standard LTE SIM card is active on this account. 

    Currently, our standard LTE SIM cards don't support the tethering service. We certainly hope this service becomes available in the future.
