Annual plan deactivated, should expire just before Christmas
CompletedI use my prepaid annual 1G/month plan in a tablet that I use at our camp every couple or three weeks. Unfortunately, the last time we went, I forgot to take the tablet so it's been about 5 weeks since the tablet was on the FreedomPop network. Much to my dismay (as we are going to our camp tomorrow and I need to be able to use my tablet), I have discovered that you have deactivated my SIM/account even though I have over 3 months left on it. I tried using the ICCID and the IMEI of my device but that won't work.
I paid for a year of use. I don't understand why my SIM was deactivated after 5 weeks of inactivity. It's frustrating enough to have to log in manually when I want to use my tablet on the FP network, then tap OK until I'm blue in the face before I can get the tablet on the network (a night-before-the-trip ritual that I dread), but then to have you basically steal over 25% of the time/data I paid for simply because I don't use the device "often enough" is a slap in the face. (Even AT&T waits 60 days to deactivate a SIM and device on their Buy-A-Session plans.)
Please fix this ASAP.
