Mobile Data access suddenly lost

Our family actively uses five FreedomPop accounts for our cell phone needs. Recently, three of the five accounts suddenly and inexplicably lost mobile data access. We need you to perform whatever "reset" is necessary on your end to restore mobile data access for the SIM cards on those three accounts.
