Charged without my consent
CompletedGood morning,
I've just been charged $20 dollars although I have the free plan. Please, refund my $20 as soon as possible.
Also, I contracted in March 2020 a 3-months plan. Although I disabled the option to renew it automatically. It was renewed without my consent and I've been charged a 3-months plan of $25.84.
Please, I would like you to refund me my money, as I haven given consent for that. And I just wanted a free plan after those first 3-months plan.
