Refund of Top-Up Credit Balance & Cancel Account

Hi

I would like my top-up credit balance refunded.  After refunding my credit I would like to close my account.

Can you please assist with the refund?

Why was this marked as completed... (it seems to not let me to continue the conversation string) The problem wasn't fixed. I have a remaining balance on my account please issue refund.
