My Ticket ID is 49282, 49287, 49290, & 49300.
All I want to do is port out my phone number.
Every time I submit a request, upon submission it says Ticket is Solved and I get an email that says closed.
Please help me get the information my new carrier needs to port out my number. every time they try, it says customer information does not match.
