Being charged for data not used
CompletedThank you for getting back to me and for the explanation about the data charges. However, I'm still having a data usage issue.
I've taken all of your advice to minimize data usage and confirmed my settings were already set as you suggested. My mobile data has been completely turned off since 8-25-20. Yet yesterday when I logged on to my account through Wi-Fi, it shows I'm still using at least 2MB per day (as recently as yesterday)! And, as a result, my Top-up credit is slowly being drained. I AM NOT USING ANY DATA AND IT IS STILL SHOWING AS BEING USED AND CHARGED AGAINST MY TOP-UP CREDIT!
Please check my account under usage to verify what I am saying. I appreciate having the Basic free plan from FreedomPop, but I'm barely able to use any of it because the data is being taken away every day, and, even when I don't use it, my available data balance goes down.
