Account suspended due to billing issueCompleted
Need HELP! My account is still suspended even after I successfully updated my billing method. I submit a ticket but it shows the ticket status as "solved." The problem was not solved and I did not receive any help from customer services yet. Please please help ASAP. I need my account working.

It looks as if your account is now in good standing. Please feel free to perform a soft reset by simply powering off and on your device to ensure everything synchronizing accordingly.
