Lost ported number
CompletedI have just recently ported in a number successfully. I got a confirmation email from FreedomPop saying my number ending in 9951 was ported successfully. I also got an email from my old carrier saying they have ported the number to FreedomPop yet when I try and log in with the ported number I get a message saying it may have been cancelled due to inactivity. The port took less than an hour to accomplish. Can you please help so I don’t lose this number that I have already paid 10.00 to port. Thank you.
