I purchased a freedom pop sim in 2019 and used for a few months before it stopped working. I didn't realize I was still being billed all this time despite not using the sim for almost a year. Earlier this month after investigating money taken from my account, I realized it was for freedompop. I have since cancelled my account and would like a refund of money for the most recent payment as it was payment taken in advance. These are challenging financial times and I would appreciate this refund
