Yet another porting in "completed" but not workingCompleted
I see at least 3 other posts in the forum about people who have ported in a landline, been notified after a week that it is complete, but the phone and web show that there's no phone number associated with the account. I posted a ticket a few days ago with no response. This seems to be a general problem - can support please post the solution so others can get their phones working after port-in without having to wait another week for customer support to answer? FreedomPop needs to make sure this happens correctly as losing phone calls for days after paying to port a number is a real problem for customers.
