I am trying to port my number out of FreedomPop to Visible. Visible emailed me this morning saying that I had to get in touch with them to address issues. They also mentioned an IMEI that was not familiar to me, but the billing address was correct. I have updated the PIN through the port out information page in MyFreedomPop. Would it be possible for you to check if the port is in progress or has even been started? Thank you.
